Cooking Class: Handmade Gnocchi Feast

Elevate your pasta night in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Kevin. You'll learn the recipe and technique to make authentic gnocchi and delicious dishes to round out the meal. Craft a kale salad topped with mushrooms and thyme and a drizzle of homemade lemon vinaigrette to refresh your palate. Craft homemade gnocchi with potatoes and cook it into pillowy-soft pasta. Whip up a rich garlic, mushroom and sage sauce and a creamy tomato sauce with a bit of spice. Finish the meal with a decadent creme brûlée for dessert.

Kevin is relatable, kind and fun. Supplies he ought to offer are paper towels and towelettes. Option to make add’l roles was not adequately communicated but there was enough raw materials to do just that. The brewery was a fun environment as well. A one page “crib sheet” that summarizes basic supplies needed, rice prep ingredient ration (water, vinegar, sugar. Seaweed,etc) and suggestions or key takeaways that summarize the experience would have been appreciated.

Took the day off work and drove an hour for the class. Kevin never showed up. I heard others saying they got an email at 2 pm that it was canceled
