In this engaging cooking class, learn to bake the perfect birthday cake for anyone's special day. Chef Brenda will teach you the baking secrets to create this sweet treat. You'll make a vanilla cake batter using eggs, milk and French vanilla pudding. Then, make a decadent buttercream icing from scratch. You'll learn the techniques to create beautifully piped flowers to decorate the cake. You'll never want to purchase a store-bought cake for a special occasion again!

We had a fantastic baking class with Chef Brenda!
Chef Brenda has worn many hats while working behind the counter, including Head Chef, Head Baker and Cake Decorator. Her education in Food and Beverage Management and extensive culinary experience helped her start her own catering and food truck business, a chance to share her creations with a more direct audience. Beyond assembling delicious dishes, Chef Brenda also enjoys teaching others to find their bliss in the kitchen.
