Cooking Class: The Art of Dumplings

Discover the world of dumplings in this immersive cooking class. Chef Shedric will teach you how to make Asian-style dumplings from scratch. First, make a filling with chicken, scallions, chives and ginger for golden brown chicken dumplings. Mix shrimp and chicken with garlic, carrots and chives for savory shrimp sui mai dumplings. Then, make creamy hoisin peanut and Chini garlic soy sauces to dip your dumplings into. On the side, enjoy napa cabbage with soy sauce, garlic and honey glaze.
