Then, make a classic momo filling with spiced chicken and onions. Next, make momo achaar with tomatoes and sesame sauce to fill your dumplings. Finish by whipping up gajar halva, a traditional carrot pudding, with milk and sugar for a sweet dessert to end the meal.
