This hands-on cooking class led by Chef Alberto is your opportunity to explore the flavorful traditions of authentic pad Thai. Learn the history of this beloved spread as you create your own sumptuous selections. You'll make tender rice noodles, top them with succulent chicken and fluffy eggs, then flavor it all with zesty garlic and intriguing oyster sauce for a full-fledged Asian-Pacific dining experience.
