In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Juwanza will teach you the art of making fresh pasta from scratch and pairing it with rich, flavorful sauces. Start by mixing semolina flour, eggs and olive oil to create the perfect pasta dough. Learn how to knead, roll and shape it into classic pasta forms. While it cooks, whip up a creamy Alfredo sauce and a hearty Bolognese. Toss your handmade pasta in your sauce of choice, top it with Parmesan and enjoy the feast you created. It’s pasta night, but make it homemade!
