Such an amazing class. Chef Juwanza was so helpful, funny, and entertaining. We are already looking to book another class with him. The two pastas we made were some of the best pasta we’ve ever had!

We loved learning to make sushi with Chef Juwanza! He was very knowledgeable and we feel like we are prepared to make sushi at home now. We'd love to do more cooking classes with Chef Juwanza in the future!

Chef Juwanza was a great instructor, however class the format was very poor. It was far too overbooked. Much of the time during the class is spent waiting in line to use a single machine. Would've been better to have clients hand-roll and cut the pasta themselves to create more engagement. Unless you plan on purchasing a high quality mixer with pasta attachments, you won't walk away with many useful skills.

Chef Juwanza and his helper were great. They were positive, kind, and helpful. However, the class probably needed to be a maximum of 12 people rather than 23. There simply was not enough equipment or help rolling out the dough, so we waited for almost an hour to get our dough rolled out and cut.

The class was really fun and Chef Juwanza was a great instructor - very friendly and conversational. The only reason I’m giving this 4/5 stars is because the class felt overbooked / crowded and it would have helped to have more tools (e.g. rolling pins, pasta rollers, etc). So I think either decreasing the class size from 23 to something around 12 or adding 1- 2 more helpers, more access to flour, more tools would make this class really work and result in less sitting / waiting time.

My wife and I had a great time, Juwanza and his team were incredible teachers. I would highly recommend his class.
