Roll up your sleeves and learn how to roll your own sushi under the guidance of a professional chef!
With Chef Greg as your guide, you'll discover how easy it is to make sushi at home using high-quality ingredients and tried and true cooking techniques. You'll begin by blackening ahi tuna then rolling it into your first sushi roll, then you'll make a second seafood-centric roll featuring spicy shrimp, and a crispy Asian vegetable roll you'll want to re-create at home for family and friends to enjoy.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Honestly there were not enough seats for 4 people. We ended up leaving. Chef was very nice and i dont want to bash him. We were 5 minutes late and there was no where to sit and everyone already had drinks and were well into the process which is confusing why it didnt start at 4. We traveled all the way from san tan valley and had to leave.

The location was in the middle of a random pizza joint. We were making sushi on top of styrofoam plates. The experience was ok, but we expected it to be a bit classier. The chef was okay. He seemed to know the basics but didn’t describe each step very well. He had to repeat it a few times before we understood. I’m not sure we’d do something like this through your company again. It seemed low grade for how much we paid.

Chef Greg's background spans many different realms in the culinary world. He has a bachelor's degree in restaurant, culinary, and catering management, is a former restaurant owner, has two decades worth of experience as an executive chef, and is the owner of a renowned catering company known for its creative and custom menus. Chef Greg looks forward to teaching you smart cooking techniques and incredible recipes you'll recreate time and time again.
