Chef Ben is in the kitchen to show you the difference you can make by using fresh pasta made from scratch in your Italian dishes. You'll learn the time-honored method used for generations to combine wholesome ingredients like flour, eggs and olive oil into the quintessential pasta dough before transforming it into your favorite pasta shapes. You'll also create a simple handcrafted marinara that will make you leave jarred sauce behind for good!

My siblings and I had such an awesome time! We learned a lot and Chef was very patient with all of our questions. We were pleasantly surprised at having tasty fresh pasta and without protein! We will definitely sign up for another class with Chef Ben! Thank you!

We took our mom for a Mother’s Day gift and Chef Ben went above and beyond to explain the pasta making process and answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience.
