I bought this experience as Christmas gifts fo my family. We are Italian, so gnocchi is a favorite dish in our house. This was a great experience for us all to make our own and see how easy it could be. Ben was very organized and had everything prepped and ready to go for us. He gave a nice little lesson in advance on the history of gnocchi and vodka sauce. I have celiac disease so I requested a gluten free modification. I didn’t really expect them to do it and was ok with it, but was very pleased that Ben had a gf station set up for me. It was great to be able to experience the making AND enjoy tasting! I would recommend this experience for couples, friends, even your teenage children.

Chef Ben is an amazing teacher! His explanation of techniques is easy and understandable coming from someone that knows nothing of Asian cooking cuisine. I will be taking another class with Chef Ben soon.

Chef Ben was a joy to work with. This was meant as a team building activity for a group of sales professionals. He was prepared once we got the site and had everything laid out.
He made simple instructions which were easy to follow. He was knowledgeable and was patient with our fun-loving team.

Had such a really fun time and learned a skill that used to be intimidating for me, but now feels like something I could pretty easily do at home! Such a great date activity. The Grafted Cellars venue was also great!

Ben did great and very informative and great instructor.
Did have problem with the equipment (pasta maker) not working it’s best.
I would recommend this specific class to our network, loved it.

Chef band did a great job but honestly, the location was not ideal. I thought we were each going to get our own pasta making area but instead we had to split with others. Thankfully, I knew someone else that was in the group so that wasn’t so bad, but that should’ve been advertised.
Also, the biggest issue was that I was way too tight in the room we were in and we felt cramped so it was hard to move around

Such a fun class! Ben was so knowledgeable and interesting, I learned a lot about the science and art of cooking. Can’t wait to take another class from him and learn more. Homemade gnocchi and vodka sauce was sooo yummy 😍

This class is fantastic! Chef Ben was a phenomenal teacher and made the class fun. (He also does stand up comedy). We learned how to make some of the best pasta I’ve ever had and Ben makes it simple. Great vibes, ingredients, location, and even better instructor. Thanks for a great time. Highly recommend!

Ben was a wonderful teacher. His instructions were easy to follow and he went around to give guidance if needed. Our food turned out amazing (somehow our Ravioli actually held together while boiling!) and the night was a fun experience.

We took our mom for a Mother’s Day gift and Chef Ben went above and beyond to explain the pasta making process and answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience.

Amazing, funny, easy going pace! Chef Ben makes the experience and learning process fun for everyone. He gives advice when he sees we need it and praise when we excel! I loved every minute of it and the pasta we made was delicious!
