You'll learn to make your own fresh crab cakes and turn them into a benedict-style bite with an English muffin base and a creamy hollandaise to top it. You'll also make crispy fried potatoes flavored with garlic to serve on the side.

Passionate about all things culinary, Chef Kevin loves to provide all kinds of instruction to budding chefs, be it recipes, proven methods, unique tips or simply great-tasting food.
