Cooking Class: Make Homemade Surf and Turf Sushi
Join Chef Justin for fun and interactive cooking classes with a focus on the art of sushi. Learn how to prepare an authentic menu filled with flavor, texture and traditional techniques. Start with a seaweed salad marinated with ginger, mirin and sesame. The main course is a surf and turf roll filled with poached lobster, seared beef, cucumber and scallions. Next up is a spicy shrimp roll with rice and spicy mayonnaise.

With mirin, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, oil, cucumber and optional red pepper flakes
Surf and Turf Roll
With lobster, seared beef, cucumber, rice, sesame seed, seaweed, vinegar, scallions and eel sauce
Spicy Shrimp Roll
With rice, seaweed, sesame seeds, spicy mayonnaise sauce and rice vinegar
Hand Roll
With rice, seaweed and various ingredients
