Next, bread and fry a pork cutlet to serve alongside steamed rice. Then, craft a savory spam, seaweed and rice dish and a traditional spinach salad to enjoy for your sides. End your class by baking addictive black sesame cookies mixed with almonds and chocolate chips.

Chef John's personality is captivating. He is very enthusiastic and energetic. His teaching skills are great and the way he does everything in the kitchen is really practical and beautiful.

His culinary adventures have taken him from Illinois to Ohio, California, and now Nashville, gathering valuable experience along the way. Fun fact: he even cooked for Taylor Swift!
