In this cooking class with Chef Lisa, you will learn how to properly wield your kitchen knives with confidence so you can chop, slice, and dice your way to better and more efficiently-made meals at home.
Chef Lisa will help you to master essential knife skills and techniques in this class in the most delicious way: by making guacamole! As you prepare your guacamole, you will learn the safest way to cut an avocado, how to dice red onion like a pro, mince garlic, and so much more!
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
