Learn everything you need to know from Chef Katie to prepare handmade French macarons from scratch.
Chef Katie will begin by teaching you how to master the art of the macaron shell. Then, you will learn about fillings, flavors, and more as you prepare three different batches of macarons, including a hazelnut chocolate, raspberry rose, and lavender blueberry. At the end of class, you will also leave with a dozen or so macarons.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
