In this class, you'll learn the tips and techniques behind one of Italy's most delectable comfort foods: the ricotta gnudi. Under Chef Yapo's guidance, you'll perfect the art of rolling, cutting and shaping delicate ricotta dumplings that are every bit as comforting to eat as they are palate-pleasing. 

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
