Cooking Class: Sushi Rolls Two Ways

Sushi may seem complicated to make, but it's actually simple and lots of fun — when you have the right person guiding you, that is. In this sushi-making class, Chef Bryce will teach you everything you need to know to make beautiful, restaurant-quality sushi from scratch.

Start with classic California rolls filled with salmon, avocado and fresh cucumber. Next, make a vegetarian roll topped with a spicy Sriracha mayonnaise for an added kick.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
