Join Chef Andy for this fun team building activity perfect for groups of co-workers to learn new culinary techniques and organizational skills. You'll start with a seasonal Caesar salad and savory grilled Italian bread with ricotta, smoked salmon and honey before jumping into the creation of fresh pasta dough. Learn about pasta shapes and sauce combinations as you prepare either truffle and ricotta stuffed ravioli with basil pesto or tagliatelle with meat sauce. For dessert, choose between a delightfully creamy mascarpone brûlée or classic tiramisu.
