Cooking Class: Seasonal Grilling Menu
Get a jump on the grilling season with Chef Paco's cooking class featuring techniques on how to keep proper temperatures and not overcook seafood. You'll start with a grilled fennel and apple salad. Your entrée will be a succulent, grilled hanger steak served with potatoes and bell peppers. Dessert even goes to the grill with charred peaches and strawberries topped with ricotta cheese, whipped cream and a balsamic glaze.

Chef Paco was so great! He created a warm and inviting environment, gave excellent instructions, left time for ample questions, and was incredibly engaging and fun to be around. 5 stars all around - would definitely recommend his classes!

Great evening! Chef Paco is knowledgeable, friendly and a great teacher. He was patient yet directive and worked individually, as needed, with each participant. Made us feel we could easily recreate these recipes at home! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful class! We went for a birthday and learned a lot. Chef Paco is great at direction while also making it fun. Overall, loved the class and hope to take more of his classes. An expert in pasta making. Would recommend adding bread with the first tomato and mushroom gnocchi course to sop up that delicious sauce.
