Cooking Class: Kombucha Fusion Cooking
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kathy, you'll learn the fundamentals of kombucha and how to infuse it into your favorite meals for a unique twist.
First, you'll start class by taste-testing a variety of kombucha to get an understanding of how to add it to your dishes. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a fresh farmers' greens salad with a tangy kombucha vinaigrette. You'll also learn how to create a juicy kombucha marinated pork tenderloin with a vegetarian option. End class with a spongy and light kombucha almond cake.

She's also a certified Master Food Preserver and is well-versed in creating menus customized for her clients' needs.
