I've had the pleasure of enjoying several meals prepared by Chef Dwayne, and every one has been outstanding. Hiring Dwayne was the best decision of the entire trip. Genuinely one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and he made it so fun and easy. He made a three course vegan meal that all party members loved, vegan or not. If you want an impressive meal with excellent presentation, Dwayne is your guy.
