We had a great time at this wellness‑focused cooking class. We enjoyed the experience from start to finish — the instructor made everything approachable, fun, and relaxing. We learned new techniques, discovered healthier twists on familiar dishes, and loved how hands‑on the class was. It was the perfect mix of education and enjoyment, and we left feeling inspired to bring more mindful cooking into our home. Chef Tiore was hands the absolute best! We went to celebrate my fiancés birthday weekend and she did not disappoint. She showed us how to eat healthier with items we already have and what to do with the extra bits! 10/10 recommend and we will for sure be back!

Our team had an absolutely fantastic time at the Fresh Pasta Making class for our team building event!.
Chef Tiore was incredibly engaging, patient, and knowledgeable, making the experience fun and low-stress for everyone, from beginners to more experienced cooks. She provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions and great tips.
It was the perfect mix of learning, laughing, and collaborating. We loved the hands-on nature, getting to mix, roll, and shape our own pasta!.
The end result was incredibly delicious – we made pasta that we can't wait to make again at home.
This was a perfect low-key, fun, and informative way to bond as a team, better than any typical office event.
We left with full bellies, new skills, and great memories. Big thanks to Chef Tiore for a memorable experience – we'll definitely be back!.

Chef Tiore created a delicious and fun experience. She is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I took the sushi making course and everything was fresh, she walked through each step thoroughly with no expectations and demonstrated every step of the way. When I didn’t feel like I was getting it right she helped and helped me in how to improve for the next one. I will definitely take another course it was worth it!

It was so much fun! Was nervous about doing a cooking class that we’d be too inexperienced but it was so great that chef Tiore was hands on and walked us through step by step. Will be booking another class soon!

Omg it’s hard to find the words to effectively describe our experience. Everything about the experience was absolutely amazing!!! It was fun!! We literally laughed and got to know everyone while learning to make sushi, which turned out delicious by the way!!! This is a must do if you haven’t already!! You will NOT regret it. Chef Tiore was the very best, very knowledgeable, funny and made you so comfortable!!!

I bought tickets for my wife’s birthday without either of us having taken a cooking class before. (Ever.) This is the kind of class you simply can’t regret booking. Chef Tiore isn’t just professional and knowledgeable, but she’s also a well-traveled former teacher and it shows. The class is engaging, the time passes before you’ve realized it, and you walk away wanting to practice what you learned.

We had a great experience doing Chef Tiore’s sushi making class! She was very knowledgeable on the different aspects of making sushi. Everything ended up tasting great and we both feel like we could successfully make sushi at home now. Sign up for this class, you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed the class and Chef Tiore was great. i do think the class would be better if we got to cook our own sauce and noodles, eat only what we made and then get to take our leftovers home with us.

I recently attended a pasta-making class taught by Chef Tiore, and it was an incredible experience! Chef Tiore was amazing—warm, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. She shared her expertise generously, guiding us through each step with patience and enthusiasm. Her passion for cooking was contagious, and by the end of the class, we not only had delicious handmade pasta but also a deeper appreciation for the art behind it. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I attended the pasta making class. This was both of our first time attending a cooking class and it exceeded our expectations and more. Tiore made this experience so much fun and the pasta was delicious. We highly recommend chef Tiore!

This is the second class we’ve taken of Chef Tiore’s and we WILL be back for more (the chocolate class is definitely next)! She is informative, attentive, and most importantly FUN! We learned some basics of knife skills and where to find sushi-grade goods to remake sushi at home.

My group of 5 girlfriends attended Chef Tiore's class and we had a fabulous time! We learned all about the process of making fresh pasta. We also made a delicious bolognese sauce to go along with it. Chef Tiore was very prepared and organized in the presentation of the ingredients. We also learned useful kitchen techniques, such as how to correctly hold and cut with a chef's knife. Chef Tiore is clearly experienced, and she did a wonderful job of sharing her knowledge with us in a relaxed yet engaging atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Chef Tiore (like Dior) made our class everything we wanted it to be! Her fun yet laid back energy made everyone feel at ease and comfortable. She is clearly super knowledgeable but took her time explaining each step of our pasta making adventure. Everyone was able to participate in each part of the process and Chef Tiore was patient, funny and approachable the whole time. I will definitely look to book more of her classes!!

Chef Tiore provided an amazing experience for our private group. Not only did she provide cooking techniques and tips, but she intertwined her humor and fun to provide an engaging and memorable team event. We learned how to make tortillas, prepared, and cooked a variety of ingredients in small groups, used the ingredients to build our own tacos and then enjoyed the delicious results. I highly recommend her and would schedule a future event the next time I'm with a group in the Charlotte area.

Chef Tiore's Perfect Pappardelle class was fantastic. Chef Tiore facilitated the class in such a way that engaged everyone regardless of their cooking expertise or lack thereof. Her directions were easy to follow and she created a comfortable and fun environment. I would recommend her class to others and I look forward to the different types of cooking classes Chef Tiore may offer in the future.
