Chef Sung boasts a colorful background in the culinary industry spanning over 20 years and plenty of different places. With an education in French dining and farm-fresh cooking, she has cooked and developed recipes for a variety of establishments and people, including cafés, catering services, an African-fusion restaurant and private kitchens. A former Chopped contestant, Chef Sung has her own culinary business centered around food education, culinary collaboration and a celebration of all things edible!

My husband and I had a great time, it was a full class, so we sat with another couple, but it was fun to chat it up. She gave easy tips to follow and all the supplies were organized and divided. I'm excited to try sushi at home!

Chef Sung is the best shes been teaching for 20 years and was so lovely and knowledgeable we chatted all night I highly recommend this class Thank you chef sung and Cy for all your hardwork!

Chef Sung’s sushi making class was awesome! She’s a great instructor and has a great love for cooking. She’s personable, fun and keeps you engaged the entire class. This was a great experience for my husband and I. We are now officially sushi makers 🙂.

Chef Sung was fun, and energetic. She handled the noise coming into our private room well, and kept us engaged, equalling a fun date night! Great ingredients, and nice to learn how to make sushi in a super comfortable environment.

Chef Sung was great! She explained the ingredients and gave individual pointers on how to make the best roll. The venue was loud and was hard to hear her initilly even with a microphone.
