Our time with Chef Andrew was an amazing experience. We cooked and had dinner in his home which was extremely hospitable. We had never done anything like this before so this was very unique for us and didn't quite know what to expect. Andrew started us off with a short tour of his home and some Champagne. The magic happened in his kitchen where it was cozy but he had streamlined the process so that we weren't interfering with each other. I felt there was a perfect balance of what the Chef had prepared ahead of time and what we completed in the evening. For amateurs like ourselves, the tasks he had us do were not too easy or difficult. Chef Andrew made a point to explain things along the way as he hoped we would leave there being better cooks, which we are. After dinner, he prepared coffee and tea to our liking and served it to us in front of a fire (which he had managed to keep going all while we were cooking) in his beautiful backyard. Chef Andrew is a wonderful cook, teacher, and personality.

Chef Andrew was truly a pleasure to be around. He demonstrated an extreme amount of attention to detail, and he taught us a number of useful cooking tips. The food we prepared was healthy but still totally delicious. I was really impressed with the presentation of each dish, which all looked so beautiful. His place is perfect for entertaining — especially the backyard! Could not have been happier with our experience.

I booked Chef Andrew for a business event in my San Juan Capistrano home, and I'm so pleased I did. His warm, generous spirit immediately filled the room and helped to elevate my event. When it comes to food, he clearly knows his stuff, and he made sure each guest knew the history and nutritional info of each dish. All in all, I couldn't have been happier. Chef Andrew, thanks so much! I'm having another event in 2020, and I can't wait to have you join us!

Chef Andrew is one of those unique people who can immediately take any event to the next level. Through his kitchen knowledge and people skills, he made everyone feel at home — not to mention creating a stunningly delicious meal! I really appreciated how he was able to use simple, healthy ingredients in new, unique ways. Would highly recommend Chef Andrew, especially if you're looking for a good place to host an outdoor gathering.

Chef Andrew's mouthwatering BBQ was easily to highly of my family event! We got to try several different meat and poultry options, along with some very generous sides. Each was perfectly prepared and presented beautiful. I'll be recommending Chef Andrew to all of my friends!

We had an amazing time learning from Chef Andrew. He taught us a lot, but also made sure that we had fun while we were at it. I'd definitely do something like this again. He was patient and really knew his way around the kitchen. I left feeling confident and like I could make any dish I wanted to. A very pleasant experience overall, and something I'd love to do again soon.

Chef Andrew made us a fantastic meal that looked almost as good as it tasted. His culinary skills are remarkable, but it's his warm smile and friendly attitude that made the night memorable. My husband and I would recommend Chef Andrew without hesitation.
