The Candle Making Class by Illuminare was a delight. The knowledge provided by the instructors was very helpful, without it being too technical. I really found the Fragrance Notes chart useful in helping you to develop the type of scent you wanted for your candle. I would definitely recommend this class to others and even participate in one again.

Instructors Demetrius and Quanda are skilled artisans with extensive experience in hand-poured candle making. Drawing on backgrounds in design and small-batch production, they founded their family-run studio in Aurora, Colorado in 2023. Their workshops blend technical expertise with a welcoming, creative atmosphere where participants of all skill levels can explore custom fragrances, master pouring techniques and craft luxurious candles to elevate everyday moments.
