For dessert you'll learn how to make a decadent and delicious chocolate flan.

Here is my review: Chef Javier is a well seasoned chef with tons of culinary experience. He can cook an array of cuisines and really enjoys the art of teaching. He enjoys the connection that food brings amongst others and wants to share that. Totally recommend!

He quickly ascended from sous chef to head chef, maintaining a blend of humility, passion and respect for food and those he cooks for.
