As you cook, you'll learn tips and tricks for packing flavor into vegan dishes. To begin, you'll toss together a Caesar salad with a tempeh crumble and nutritional yeast. Then you'll prepare a vegetable-packed marinara sauce for your main dish, a vegetable lasagna with zucchini "noodles" and a cashew béchamel sauce. To end this feast, you'll learn to make a decadent tiramisu that can be made vegan upon request.
