Cooking Class: Elegant Cakes

In this special cooking class, learn professional cake-finishing techniques to decorate cakes with elegance. Chef Rishika will be your guide as you decorate two different cakes together. The first step will be stirring together the cake batter and whipping up the buttercream frosting. Then with your pieces ready, you'll stack your cakes into a three-tiered tower and then frost it in the naked-cake style. Then, you'll learn to make a smooth chocolate ganache to pour over your second cake. Then you'll finish off the second cake with glimmering gold flakes.
