She'll share her expertise in preparing gourmet dishes that combine fresh ingredients with a healthy serving of culinary creativity. Start your lesson by creating a refreshing arugula salad brimming with vegetables and dressed with maple vinaigrette. Then, prepare a batch of cheese pops and an oven-roasted beef steak served with roasted vegetables. Finish up with a soothing banana loaf for dessert.

She helped me make a better dough and gave me confidence to make this dish. She has a different idea of what the dish should look like compared to me, but it still tasted good and I was introduced to brand new spices I've never used before.
