If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at making sourdough, this is the cooking class for you.
You'll be guided through all of the steps to prepare a perfect sourdough starter blended with water, flour and salt. Then, learn the secrets to baking and scoring the dough so it becomes a golden loaf of sourdough with a crisp crust. Serve your homemade bread with churned, salted butter for a delicious and flavorful snack. This course is perfect for any foodies of all experience levels, so invite some friends or a date and upgrade your baking knowledge together while having fun, building confidence and discovering how much fun baking bread can be!
