Build lasting baking confidence in this hands-on weekly series dedicated to mastering classic breads. Guided by an expert baker, you’ll explore a new style each Sunday. Start with rich, tender brioche perfect with your favorite jams. The following week, shape warm naan and fluffy pita, ideal for dipping into velvety hummus. On week three, create English muffins with a soft interior and crisp edges, fantastic for breakfast sandwiches. Finish the month by learning the fundamentals of sourdough, crafting a tangy loaf with a beautifully crisp crust. This class offers a supportive, step-by-step approach that helps you develop real baking skills you’ll use for years to come.
