Cooking Class: Mastering Thai Curry

In this hands-on class with Chef Malik, you will learn how to prepare an authentic red Thai curry while also learning about the origins of the dish and how it differs from other types of curry. 


Chef Malik will begin by teaching you how to make your own red curry paste boasting big and bold flavors completely from scratch. Then, you will learn the step-by-step process for preparing your red Thai curry replete with tender chicken and perfectly cooked rice to soak up every last bit of flavor.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Great idea and history. Acoustics in brewery made it a little difficult to hear and understand the chef, but he adjusted and tried to accommodate. Food was great and he explained some substitutions i never knew about
