Using high-quality ingredients, Chef Justin will guide you in first tossing a nutritious quinoa salad topped with fresh mango and cilantro. Next, fire up the grill for your main course: traditional churrasco, a sizzling skirt skate with an herbaceous chimichurri sauce, accompanied by bright charred broccoli. Dessert is the much-loved tres leches, a sponge cake that you will soak in a cocktail of three kinds of milk. Buen provecho!

Chef Justin's Flavors of Latin America class was awesome! He and his wife welcomed our party of 6 into their beautiful home and made us all feel so comfortable. He took the time to teach each of us different cooking techniques and tips so we were all part of the meal while also allowing us to socialize and enjoy ourselves. He broke down a 3 course meal in a way that even the most beginner of cooks can keep up. Not to mention the actual meal was amazing, everyone had seconds and took home leftovers! He also made sure to adhere to the highest COVID-19 safety standards to keep everyone safe. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible and fun a class with Chef Justin is. Would recommend for any date night, girls night, or just to learn some new skills and recipes!
