Team Building Activity: Southwestern Grilling Workshop
Learn how to grill like a pro and sharpen your knife skills with this team building activity led by Chef Danushka. In this hands-on Southwest-style grilling class, you and your team will prepare a gourmet four-course meal, starting with a Southwestern salad of corn, tomatoes, black beans and creamy avocado dressing. Then, you'll learn how to grill up your entrée, with a choice of either cilantro and lime marinated skirt steak or honey and chipotle chicken. Next, you'll whip up Southwest rice to serve alongside your perfectly seared steak or chicken. Lastly, your meal will end with either dark chocolate brownies or tres leches cake for dessert.

Chef Danushka was awesome! My fiancé and I really enjoyed her class. The apple pear rum cake is DELICIOUS and the ravioli was amazing. We have recommended this class to all our friends and we plan on booking another class in the future!

Meet your chef
Chef Danushka graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and quickly rose to culinary excellence. An experienced instructor and private chef, she has worked for celebrities and high-profile clients across the country. Chef Danushka was a contestant on "Chopped," "Cutthroat Kitchen," "Comeback Kitchen" and "The Next Food Network Star." She won Food Network's "24 Hour Restaurant Battle," and she's ready to share her experience with her students.
