Chef Aaron is ready to teach you the magic of crafting your own fresh sushi rolls in this hands-on class, along with other Japanese favorites to complete a stunning five-course menu.


Learn the proper method for cooking sushi rice before preparing a ginger house salad of romaine, carrots and cucumber, and a succulent chicken yakatori with ginger, shoyu and scallions. Then, it’s on to the main event as you craft salmon nigiri and a spicy salmon roll. And for dessert, make a clever matcha crème brûlée that will surprise and delight even the most seasoned sushi lover!

Loved the food. Aaron was great at explaining everything, giving little tips and tidbits, and generally creating a hospitable atmosphere.
