Spring rolls are a popular fried appetizer made from rice paper wraps and a variety of different fillings.
In this cooking class with Chef Desiree, you will learn how to make two types of homemade spring rolls from scratch! Start with vegetarian rolls filled with tofu and carrots. Then, prepare spicy rolls made with Sriracha, cream cheese and crab. You will also prepare a seaweed salad to accompany your meal.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
