Join Chef Shahida on a culinary journey to Thailand as she teaches you the basics of Thai cooking in this hands-on cooking class. She'll teach you the techniques and skills needed to make traditional Thai recipes, as well as basic knife skills and where to find local ingredients. You'll explore the flavors of Thai cuisine while you prepare dishes ranging from lemongrass and ginger soup to basil fried rice and chicken satay with creamy peanut sauce. To make sure the class ends on a sweet note, Chef Shahida will also guide you through the process of making a signature Thai dessert.
