Cooking Class: Rustic French Cuisine

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shahida, you'll learn to make a menu of dishes that would be at home on a French country table. As you cook these rustic, heartwarming dishes, you'll also learn French cooking techniques. First up on this French menu is a warming French onion soup with a crusty Gruyère crostini. Then, you'll learn to roast a Cornish hen to golden perfection with garlic, herbs and potatoes. You'll round out the meal with a seasonal ratatouille and for dessert enjoy red wine poached pears with crème.
