Start with dashi soup with shiitake mushrooms and fresh vegetables and a mixed green salad with Thai peanut dressing. You'll then make an assortment of sushi rolls using sushi-grade fish and fresh vegetables. Dessert is ginger rice pudding with orange zest, bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and pineapple.

Chef Jarvis received his culinary education at the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta before completing his International Culinary Diplome in Spain. In addition to traveling through Europe to broaden his professional and personal horizons, he has also appeared on Cooks vs Cons on the Food Network, as well as several local news stations performing cooking demonstrations.
