Infuse the local flavors into your trip to Thailand with a hands-on cooking class led by a local chef. Under the guidance of Chef Rapeephan, you'll learn how to make iconic Thai dishes with ingredients fresh from the market.
Begin the class by making Tom yum kung, a spicy shrimp soup flavored with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and lime juice. Then, learn how to make the perfect pad Thai. Learn how to stir-fry rice noodles and tofu with a homemade sauce made with tamarind paste, fish sauce and coconut sugar. Next, stir in a herby and creamy green curry with Thai basil, green curry paste and coconut milk with tender chicken. Whip up glutinous rice and coconut milk served alongside Thai mango for dessert. Sip on a creamy Thai milk tea at the end of class.
