Team Building Activity: Chocolate-Making Mania With the Team
Get ready for a super sweet team building activity with Chef Adrian. In this fun event, your team will learn how to make custom chocolate treats like professional candy-makers. This unique and uplifting activity will help encourage creativity and camaraderie within your group.
Chef Adrian will begin by teaching everyone the basics of chocolate-making, including how to expertly melt ingredients to the perfect temperature and consistency. Choose from creamy milk chocolate, rich white chocolate or intense dark chocolate as your base. Next, the group will split into teams to create their own unique chocolates as they compete to serve the best candy in the room. They'll get to select from a vast variety of mix-in ingredients, ranging from cookie crumbles and nuts to dried fruit and spicy chili powder. It's a sweet opportunity to strengthen your team bonds and indulge your sweet tooth at the same time!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Great class. French toast is a fairly quick dish! But a good one. I would attend another class.

With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, it's safe to say that Chef Adrian is an expert. A kitchen guru, he's served as a line cook, manager, culinary consultant and executive chef at plenty of bars, restaurants, and catering halls. He's even owned his own catering company and has enjoyed sharing his culinary passion with countless students as a chef instructor. With expertise in menu planning, nutrition, special diets and all things food, Chef Adrian is bound to teach valuable lessons and inspire all of his students.
