Team Building Activity: Make Tasty Thai Spring Rolls
In this culinary team building activity centered around Thai cuisine, your group will be guided through the ins and outs of creating a delectable Asian-inspired menu. Chef Krong will be your group's expert guide as you learn to make an array of classic Thai dishes for a bright, flavorful meal.
After breaking into small groups, participants will begin by preparing a classic and flavorful egg drop soup with scallions. Next, after chopping vegetables and cooking chicken, carefully stack and garnish the filling on rice paper before learning how to fold up artful spring rolls, to be served with homemade dipping sauces. Everyone is invited to sip on freshly prepared Thai tea with boba throughout the experience!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Chef Krong is very fun. The location of the class was totally disappointing, we had the class at the warehouse of a small winery with a lot of restaurant supplies and brewery barrels, very noisy and crowded. We had some small flies visiting our class too.
