Not only will you learn valuable kitchen skills and cooking techniques from an expert chef, but you'll get to bond with and strengthen your team before getting to feast on some great food together!
To begin, you'll use avocado to make fresh guacamole and tomatoes, lime, and cilantro to whip up a tangy pico de gallo. Learn how to make warm, crunchy homemade tortilla chips to dunk into your two dips. You'll have your choice of entrée: either citrus-marinated salmon, cilantro lime shrimp or enchiladas stuffed with portobellos and poblanos. You'll make Spanish rice, corn salsa and avocado crema to dress up the dishes on the side. Finish your fiesta with sopapillas, sweet tortillas piled high with sugar, honey and cinnamon.
