Chef Tera will guide you through a flavorful menu and teach you the kitchen techniques to create these modern classics. Professional kitchens are known for their excellent teamwork, and Chef Tera will put a fun spin on classic team building activities.
To start, you'll make crispy crab rangoons filled with savory cream cheese. Next on the menu is spicy firecracker shrimp flavored with sweet honey and a little soy sauce. Make a classic vegetable fried rice with sesame oil and ginger. You'll finish the meal by indulging in a matcha cheesecake with fresh strawberries for dessert.
