Gather your team for a unique experience in sushi-making for this exciting team building activity. Chef Jimmy will reveal time-honored techniques and culinary methods for rolling the best sushi before letting your crew get creative in a culinary competition.
Armed with their new sushi-making knowledge, your team will split into groups to create their own unique sushi rolls. They’ll work together to pair a variety of fresh ingredients to create the most appealing, innovative, best-tasting sushi roll in the room. End this fun event by sampling lots of fresh sushi to decide on the winner!

Chef Jimmy was awesome and led a Sushi Making great class. He was very knowledgeable while making sushi making approachable. My husband and I had a blast. Look forward to another class from Chef Jimmy.

Meet your chef

After completing military service, Chef Jimmy Lê enrolled in culinary school. Upon completion of his culinary apprenticeship, he earned the title of "certified culinarian" from the American Culinary Federation. He then went on to work at some of the most prestigious properties in the country, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Allison to name a few. He also acted as a culinary instructor at the secondary and post-secondary levels. In 2013, Chef Lê was deemed one of the "Best Chefs in Louisiana" and voted among his chef peers as a "young gun".
