Engage your team in some healthy competition in this team building activity. Chef Jimmy will help your team master the art of dumpling making before letting everyone unleash their inner culinary artists and compete for a delicious win!
The class will begin with a complete demonstration of how to fill and fold dumplings with the perfect mixture of ingredients. Next, your team will grab their aprons and split into groups for an exciting challenge. Teams will work their innovative minds to craft their own unforgettable dumplings from scratch using a variety of ingredient options. End this fun event by judging each dish's quality and taste to crown the winning team.

Chef Jimmy was awesome and led a Sushi Making great class. He was very knowledgeable while making sushi making approachable. My husband and I had a blast. Look forward to another class from Chef Jimmy.

Meet your chef

After completing military service, Chef Jimmy Lê enrolled in culinary school. Upon completion of his culinary apprenticeship, he earned the title of "certified culinarian" from the American Culinary Federation. He then went on to work at some of the most prestigious properties in the country, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Allison to name a few. He also acted as a culinary instructor at the secondary and post-secondary levels. In 2013, Chef Lê was deemed one of the "Best Chefs in Louisiana" and voted among his chef peers as a "young gun".
