Team Building Activity: Jolly Holiday Cookie Decorating Challenge
Invite some holiday spirit and friendly competition into your office with this festive team building activity. Chef Esh-Marie will lead your team in an exciting demonstration to elevate their holiday baking before letting everyone compete in a cookie-centered challenge.
To start, everyone will learn how to create decadent hot cocoa from scratch that they’ll enjoy throughout the event. Next, Chef Esh-Marie will reveal the best-kept secrets for how to decorate the most beautiful holiday cookies. Your team will learn how to create fresh royal icing for classic piping techniques before splitting into groups to see whose cookies turn out the most impressive!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
