Join Chef Vivian and Chef Michi for a team building activity that provides excitement and plenty of great eats! Your group will use communication, time management and organizational skills to chop, slice, dice and smash a duo of chef-approved guacamole and salsa.
After everyone learns culinary tips from the chefs, the group will split into teams to compete for the salsa-making crown. In this friendly competition, teams will use their creativity to create the most unique, best-tasting guacamole and salsas in the room. They'll choose from a diverse array of ingredients including hot green chilis, tangy mango and more. The winning dish will be judged on innovation and overall taste. Your team will bond, let loose and have a great time while enjoying their homemade dips with tortilla chips and various veggies.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
