Team Building Activity: Group Guacamole-Making Throw-Down

Join Chef Vivian and Chef Michi for a team building activity that provides excitement and plenty of great eats! Your group will use communication, time management and organizational skills to chop, slice, dice and smash a duo of chef-approved guacamole and salsa. 


After everyone learns culinary tips from the chefs, the group will split into teams to compete for the salsa-making crown. In this friendly competition, teams will use their creativity to create the most unique, best-tasting guacamole and salsas in the room. They'll choose from a diverse array of ingredients including hot green chilis, tangy mango and more. The winning dish will be judged on innovation and overall taste. Your team will bond, let loose and have a great time while enjoying their homemade dips with tortilla chips and various veggies.


MENU


All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.


Guacamole

With avocado, garlic, salt, pepper and lime


Salsa

With tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeño


Various "mix-in" Ingredients

With green chili, habanero peppers, corn, mango, tomato and more


Various Dippers

With tortilla chips, veggies and more

It was absolutely fantastic! The chefs were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. They made everything feel fun and easy to follow while still teaching us so much. We truly enjoyed ourselves and had such a wonderful time together. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and it made for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend for a fun date night or special occasion! 🍝✨

OMG.. We had a blast. The expertise was wonderful, food was tasty and delicious. Loved the way they interacted we use and explained everything we were cooking. We are differently cooking with Chef Michi whom is very professional and son Kai whom was a awesome helper(Chef Vivian had a private class)hope to meet her next time.

Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were really nice, and you can tell they love their work. The class was fun though and the other participants were interesting, but I would have like to have a more hands on experience. We cut veggies and made the dumplings, but we could have mixed the filling...and taken turns cooking. I just didn't feel really involved in the process. The food was delicious and we will be trying it at home. Thank you.
