Team Building Activity: Making Gourmet Pasta by Hand

Treat your team to some quality time and gourmet Italian eats in this hands-on team building activity. Chef Maggie will share her culinary expertise with your group and teach them the traditional methods for preparing a hearty spread of fresh Italian dishes.


To start, everyone will prepare a delightful bruschetta featuring sweet cherry tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. Next, the group will get an exclusive lesson in pasta-making as they craft pillowy agnolotti stuffed with a hearty bolognese or mushroom filling. They'll also make pappardelle pasta with an indulgent, creamy Alfredo and pesto sauce. Wrap up this exciting experience on a sweet note with a nonna-approved tangy tart.

Chef Maggie did an incredible job of making us feel welcome, engaged and entertained! We have a very geographically diverse team and some of us have only met a couple of times before this night. We learned a lot while we grew as a team. Her location is awesome and she did an exceptional job with us. I could not be more pleased with how our evening went and hope to do it again soon!
