Team Building Activity: Fresh Pasta Face-Off
You'll feel like you're on your own exciting cooking competition show in this team building activity led by Chef Nate. Learn how to make authentic fresh pasta, then compete against your peers to see who can create the most unique, best-tasting pasta dish in the room.
First, Chef Nate will teach you his culinary tips and tricks to master the basics of making pasta from scratch. You'll also learn how to make an herb-y, savory marinara sauce and a creamy Alfredo with parmesan and garlic. Teams will put their heads together to create their own unique dishes, forming their own pasta shapes and using vast variety of mix-in ingredients to create an innovative, impressive pasta plate. The winning team's dish will be judged on creativity, appearance and overall taste. Buon appetito!
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

I went to Chef Nate's sushi class for a team building activity and it was great! We had a group of 6 and were able to sit together and make some delicious sushi rolls. Chef Nate gave clear instructions and was very hands on when teaching us. I would definitely recommend this class for a work activity, date night, or group of friends. We got to make plenty of rolls and Chef Nate let us take home extras until all the ingredients were out. Very fun experience!

This was a great class! Nate was very approachable and helpful and I somehow managed to make rolls that didn't fall apart and actually looked nice!
